Login to the knowledge base using the same email address that you use to submit software support tickets. If you do not have a valid password use the Get Password link on the sign-in page and a new password will be sent to you.
In order to view the knowledge base, EDC support must enable your account for access. If you are having trouble accessing the knowledge base, send EDC support an email indicating that you want access to the knowledge base.
